Plans for Allington’s Jubilee celebrations over the weekend of June 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd/4th are now at an advanced stage. A broad range of local organisations have come together to deliver a programme of events that should provide something for everyone. The preliminary schedule is listed below. Only two of the events (Big Lunch and Lark in the Park) have to be paid for and very soon we will publish details of prices and how you can get your hands on some tickets. All activities at the playing field will benefit from the cover of a huge marquee. Very shortly there will be lots more information available . We hope that everyone in the village will want to take part and you are more than welcome to invite friends and family to what is going to be a weekend to remember.
