So who are the Loveden Quartet. In their own words they say;
We call ourselves the Loveden Quartet because we all live in the Loveden telephone area.
Each has sung for most of our lives. One of us works at RAF Cranwell another is a busy physiotherapist, the third is a homemaker, and the fourth retired. We enjoy each other’s company, and the experience of making, –( in our opinion),– the most beautiful form of music.
Our first-ever performance was in Allington Manor 12 months ago, since when we’ve performed at Caythorpe and Long Bennington.
For our 1st anniversary back at the Manor we will again be singing for the Multiple Sclerosis society.
