Allington Village Hall

Allington’s popular village hall is centrally located on Side Street. Built of red brick it was presented to the village in 1929. It has been modernised recently to provide good access facilities, including an entrance ramp, disabled toilet and hearing induction loop. The building is well lit and licensed for 120 people seated and 200 standing.  The main hall is 42′ (12.8m) long and 24′ (7.3m) wide. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. In addition to being available for community hire the hall is also home to outreach services including  a doctors’ surgery and post office. Professional touring theatre companies perform at the hall on a  regular basis. Our village hall calendar has full details of existing bookings and future availability.
